Hired

Desperate for a job that could save her and her parents from losing everything, sharp-tongued Sophie Bennett walks into an interview with Alexander Colton, a cold and exacting CEO who tests every candidate until they break. Sophie doesn't break. She answers his provocations with wit and nerve, and against his better judgment, he's intrigued. But the office comes with its own minefield: a glacial, territorial wife named Victoria who warns Sophie exactly where the line is, and a toxic ex named Daniel who resurfaces with threats that could unravel the new life Sophie is fighting to build. As the undeniable pull between Sophie and Alex grows, Victoria plants seeds of doubt, and the secrets each of them is hiding rise to the surface. Hired is a romantic drama series of workplace power, slow-burn tension, and buried secrets, told through short, cinematic chapters, where the one rule Alex set—don't fall for your boss—becomes the one neither of them can keep, just as a devastating twist threatens to cost them everything before they can have it all.
